These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MelloFlo's website, mobile apps and services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account & responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the right to upload it.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Upload malware, attempt to break security, or interfere with the Service.
• Scrape, reverse engineer or resell the Service, except as permitted by law.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud or harm others.

3. Intellectual property

MelloFlo, its logos and the Service are owned by MelloFlo and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display your content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.

4. Service limitations

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time.

5. AI disclaimer

Mello uses artificial intelligence to assist you. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying important information (such as deadlines, financial, legal or medical details) before relying on it. MelloFlo is not a substitute for professional advice.

6. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that pose a security risk, or as required by law. We will give reasonable notice where possible.

8. Liability limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MelloFlo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50 if no payment was made. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MelloFlo is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
